PARKING PERMITS FOR STUDENTS
SUMMER 2025 STUDENT PERMITS
Student parking permits are still available in surface lots only. Structure parking permits are SOLD OUT. Students in need of a campus parking permit are encouraged to purchase a permit for a surface lot and then can complete to request an assignment change.
If a structure parking permit becomes available, Parking Services will email you directly. If you receive an email regarding an available parking permit, you must respond within 24-hours of receiving the offer. 
Parking spaces are limited on campus and there is no guarantee that a structure permit will become available. Students who require parking are encouraged to purchase a surface lot permit or seek alternate parking arrangements.

FALL 2025 AND ACADEMIC YEAR 2025-26 STUDENT PERMITS
Student parking permits for fall 2025 and academic year 2025-26 will go on sale through a tiered system beginning on Tuesday, July 15.
Parking permits will be available in line with the following schedule.
**Registration opens each day at 9am**
Tuesday, July 15: All commuter permits (No 24-hour permits available for this tier)
Tuesday, July 22: 24-hour permits - graduate students (including law and dental), seniors, juniors who live on-campus in university owned housing.
Tuesday, July 29: 24-hour permits - graduate students (including law and dental), seniors, juniors who live off-campus.
Tuesday, August 5: 24-hour permits – sophomore students
Tuesday, August 12: 24-hour permits – freshmen students
PICK UP purchased permits at the parking office in the AMU's Union Station starting August 12, 2025.

**Please Note: Any outstanding citations registered to your account must be paid before or during this transaction before permit will be released.
To purchase your permit, you will need the following information:
- Marquette user name and password (for help with your account, contact at 414-288-7799)
- Vehicle make, model, color, state license and license number
- Credit card for payment (Master Card and Visa accepted)
GRADUATE STUDENTS can pay for parking permits via payroll deduction by contacting Parking Services at 414-288-6911 BEFORE purchasing your permit.
Parking on campus with your permit:
- Parking structures require a valid hang tag for entering and exiting.
- Parking lots require your MUID to enter and exit.
- Permit must be displayed on the vehicle when parking on campus.
PLEASE NOTE: Valid permits that show your location and expiration date must be picked up from the parking office and properly displayed on the vehicle when parking on campus. Vehicles not displaying a valid permit are subject to ticketing. Persistent/repeat violators are subject to towing.
