RLLB represents the students living in the university's ten residence halls and six university apartment buildings. We have a 12 member board comprised of 11 Hall Leadership Coordinators (representatives from each residence hall and one representative for all the apartments) and a Chairperson. Hall Leadership Coordinators (HLCs) are hired each fall by their respective hall's Residence Hall Director or Complex Director and serve both as members of RLLB and the head of thier hall's Community Programming Councel (CPC).

RLLB meets every other week to recieve leadership training, discuss issues and concerns affecting students in the residence halls and university apartments, and plan programming.
